So I checked my average weight from last May to this May is the same. I’ve gained more than half of what I lost. Hopefully June like last year will be where the numbers start to drop as it get warmer and I can go out more. It’s a no over and hopefully I learned my lesson to not regain the weight.

I realized at the end of last year I knew I was eating my holiday feelings a long with guilt cause I feel bad about throwing food away. I will need to do better
