Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.5 cm (big jump in the wrong direction but probably not fat)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale 6.5 % - The only good number today lol

Yesterday I did my full exercise routine. It was shoulder and abs day, then I did day 22 of the Ab Massacre :) Then indoor cycling (was feeling pretty energetic).

Today though, I skipped exercise because of convenience. I will resume again tomorrow :)

I was looking for an explanation for the increased weight and, there is actually a possible reason. I didn't sleep a lot. So I'm hoping that is the reason for these numbers heheh.

Njashka, some people can moderate sugar and some can't. If you can't moderate it, you're right that you'd do better to abstain from it. I abstain from all my trigger foods, which makes my will power strong. Good luck to you!
