I am listening to Tool. 10000 Days (Wings Part 2). I fell on my walk with my mom and our dog yesterday.
What should I do, I am trying to keep calories around 1500.I have to create a plan. Any ideas?

Read labels, follow portion control and decrease the amount of processed foods that you eat. Weigh your food so you know how much you are eating. Make the nutritive value of what you eat a priority

OK... We have a food weighing pad that I ordered. It's downstairs. My father used it. Once. I think he didn't understand it. I'll have to bring it upstairs.

Tool rocks! I have the albums. All of them, including Toolshed. I love A Perfect Circle too. I have all of those too. Thank heavens for Spotify!

Tool did a couple years ago. Fear Inoculum was their(Tool's) album. Eat the Elephant is A Perfect Circle's.

Eat more low calorie bulky foods like fruits and vegetables.

I read he did a lot with the Pusifer, and let Tool since for a while, and A Perfect Circle also. It's kinda hard to do since it is three bands. He's going to burn himself out. Just an observation.
