Looks delicious! I hear so much about air fryers. I got an InstantPot recently and have been using that quite a bit - but I wonder if it would be worth the investment to either get an air fryer or the air fryer lid for the IP.

Debbie-I really like my air fryer. I've had it for quite awhile (well before IP came out with their lid). I'm in an IP group on FB and they seem to really like the lid. If my air fryer ever quits on me, I will probably go with the lid to free up counter space.

The IP lid is great for small quantities. If you're cooking for two or more, you need a bigger one. That said, you can put the IP lid away more easily than an air fryer. Great way to start and you can always sell it later.
