We have a garden, but it's gotta be worked on. It needs to be revitalized. It needs to have a deep immersion of nutrients for the entire garden, since it needs nutrients (haven't done that for quite a while). I found some good ideas to do that, like getting nitrates from fish heads that are buried in the soil and such.

I love bell peppers. I need to find something in the recipes tab that uses them. My weight is holding at 260.0 on my scale.

I need to also figure out what I am going to do as far as exercise. My mom thinks I am asking for trouble, since I wear glasses, and she thinks it's full contact. So I can understand her fear. The instructors are there to teach, not to beat me up! I know I am going to be sore, but it will be worth it. Any tips on what I can do?

I need to eat better. I got advice in my last journal entry (not to mention to some of my followers that also contributed to the Tool discussion. lol)

I had a diabetic episode last night. Low blood sugar was in the 60's. I had my glucometer near by, and I drank a small bottle of orange juice, and waited. Then my sugars began to go up about 10 minutes later. I hate it when that happens. I need to work on it. I don't like the issues that a brief episode of low blood sugar causes my body to react the way it does. It's like it doesn't know where to go. Mostly it stabilizes at 170 and over.

Ever since they put me on Junuvia, It's been good and bad. My best blood sugar was 72, I think. I have it in my records on my glucometer, but I want to get to my meals for the week.

Anywho, I better stop the journal entry, because I need plan out my breakfast. Toodles!
