It’s official, today the vaccines will be available for 25-29 year olds, yesterday I had a panic attack from the humid weather, it gave me flashbacks of my past, mental breakdown, my hands and feet were tingling and had chills, my heart was beating super fast for 24 hours, I was walking around and dry exfoliating to keep the blood flowing to my heart, summer anxiety, finally had my sleep and feeling slightly better, gonna get a heart scan and blood pressure checked today, staying away from fried food and meat as I’ve been getting chest pains in my heart area, trying my best this year to lose weight carefully as hives break out, my goal is to reach my healthy weight before my 30’s 👍🏻 I’ll get the vaccine when I feel ready and I hope everyone reaches their goals too x
