Oh, your picture is fine! It's just a delicacy I'm not as familiar with! And the fact that they are high in protein makes them even more desirable! I've been considering of making those with banana and oatmeal...and,inspired by you, marmelade on top!

The oatmeal and banana are my favorites, this recipe has Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, egg and oatmeal, and for the top I'm using a sugar free conserve I found at the store, i highly recommend try it they are so good!
