Moving past the two-week "neutral" period I had in May consisting of an out of town business trip followed by a road trip wedding. This week I'm taking advantage of work from home and openings in my daily schedule to get out more on the bike - 10 miles Monday, 15 miles yesterday and 20 today. Today's trip was 10 miles one way to a Starbucks near my office for breakfast. Then back at a decent pace. About 300 zone points. Many cool mosaic murals around the village. Took a couple snaps. The one with the clown triggerfish is about 75 feet long and this snippet hardly does it justice. Its 3D and rather amazing. Feeling stronger and dropping some weight again. Make it, log it, eat it.
