well i have been eating over RDI a lot lately... i suppose it is still better to track and count and know what I am doing. I think I am still making small deficits compared to not tracking and eating whatever i wanted so i am gonna not let this get me down and just continue to try and make good choices as much as possible. i also need to start exercising more but i have been so busy after work working on my garden and yard i haven't wanted to give up evenings to spend at the gym. looking into home workouts next!

Home workouts are a great idea! I prefer working out at home, myself. Gardening and yard work burns calories too. I've been going over my RDI the past few days too, and I think it's because I started exercising again. I can tell I'm actually more physically hungry, so I'm not concerned about it, just a little disappointed that I'm not meeting my goals. Whatever your reason, don't fret, just keep trying your hardest each day and you'll be fine :)
