I had hit 169 and then fell off the ball because of stress eating during finals (but I have a degree so yay)! and because the pandemic is ending everyone is expecting to get together over food or drinks so....it has not been going well. going to try to start again fresh today. I'm so mad at myself, I lost all my hard work and I'm now back to my starting weight and it shows.
