Setting a goal: Be in the 130s by the end of June. I finished a couch to 5k program. It was supposed to take 9 weeks but I think I took closer to 12 weeks. I have been jogging 5k three times a week for 2 or 3 weeks now. My weight is slowly going down. But the fluctuations are more severe too. I don't know if it is a hormonal age thing or a diet thing.
