Walked/jogged the bridge today...still kinda sore from yesterdays workout, but I must keep going. The needle on the scale has frozen...however the inches are still coming off so I'm happy. I just want to fit into my clothes :) I will probably update my weight/ measurements on Sun...maybe I will even be in the 180s..who knows :)
