Breakfast:Porridge with nuts and boiled eggs with suger free tea
Lunch and dinner:200g boneless chicken and green veg with salad
Snack:whey protein
Excercise:5 days in a week
I have so many diet recipes that I continuously use I was takin 1750 calories according to my body now I increased it now I am takin 2000-2200 calories a day

nice diet/programme...👍👍, qlmost identical to mine except i add 1 cup of daal/lentils or beans to ensure i get enough fiber. well done dude.

@aaladsays yes today I added 50 gram of red beans in chicken its depend on you can't eat same thing daily

@adil just keep putting in whatever you eat throughout the day. can search up food for nutritional info through this app...can save recipes, it helps you monitor your daily food consumption (calories)+ tracks your MACROS..i.e break down of fat/protein/carbs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. so u can gain/lose weight through caloric deficits or surpluses.
