Evening FS fam, hope you all had a great day! Is it just me but on strength training days I get really hungry🙄 I had dinner two hours ago and I am feeling hungry again🤐

Nope you're not the only one..I've recently made peace with the fact that on my strength training days I'll eat a little bit more...It just makes sense for me since my muscles do so much more work...So I've upped my daily calories by atleast a 100 on my strength training days when I need to and a definite thing is eating more protein to fulfil my daily calories. You body needs the fuel to build those muscles.. I'd say don't go crazy but also don't feel bad if you need a little bit more food than normal...as long as you're feeling yourself with the right stuff then it's all good.🌻💪
