I went for a family meal today, the first time in ages that I ate out. Despite opting for chicken with no fries, I still ended up with over 1700 calories :(
I''m getting up early tomorrow to exercise, don't want to ruin the good work! It is just really hard when you are busy-this week I have something on every single night! :(
