Just looked back over your posts ... You are so pretty, you lost 15 kg, you are a super cool and baker, you love and look after 4 children and a dog, you do lots of exercise ... You've got it all going on girl! Just try to love yourself x  

Hey Jo,,missed u,,I agree with Wiggy, u look gr8! Maybe try my fave app Insight Timer and listen to some positive affirmations or some self confidence hypnosis/meditations, feels like u need a wee boost, glad ur back Mrs ❤️

Thank you everyone I think I need to come back on here more record/picture everything I eat again exercise is good on days I’m not working eating not so good as on an icecream van so pick up sandwiches and crisps and a cake to eat along side some flakes and an icecream 🍦🙈 can’t prepare lunch as not going to work from home as down in Cornwall 🤷🏻‍♀️ Will try and pick up salads and fruits instead the evening meals aren’t that bad that are cooked up for me xx 

We all go through ups and downs. That is what happens when you are in it for the long haul..........

Jo, you look fantastic, I think we all see a different image of ourselves as we all have some insecurities, that just comes with us being used to seeing that old version of ourselves , but look at your comments, take them all in, they are all saying the same things!
