Green fried tomatoes are not sweet like your regular tomato I guess I can't describe the taste but good they are just sliced and salted and let to drain then dipped in flour egg and milk and then dipped in panko and that's it you can fry them on top of the stove so I did mine in the oven just because I didn't want all the fats you could always change the panko for crushed pork rinds if keto and I imagine you could change out regular flour for almond maybe corn meal

Yum! I havent had these in years. what temp oven, what rack, and for how long? Tomorrow is grocery shopping day so may search out some green tomatoes.

350 degrees spray with olive oil Pam both sides check at 20 minutes
