a little high calorie but very filling (and no matter how much or little i eat for breakfast and lunch i am always hungriest at dinner so i just embrace it, about 4 hours before bedtime at least)
*EDIT* OOPS i forgot to add in the Italian Blend Spice again, well i will just sprinkle on top of it (better if baked in) which is oregano, marjoram, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary and sage.
