Some form of resistance training. I started out with the tubes with handles and door anchors and started at home.

HB is best advice there. In addition some Yoga and Pilates works wonders if you don’t do it already plus some push ups. On the knees with a slow down and explosive up. Don’t need many at all.

Is that abdominal definition I’m seeing?? Resistance Bands are great for toning and there are all sorts of videos online to guide you depending on the areas you want to tone.
