Ok, time to start getting down to business - after stopping nursing I should finally go back to P1 for a good detox and losing the baby weight! I'll do it gradually though, go to P2 for a few weeks first and then go o P1 for 2. I plan on doing 4 weeks P1 and 2 weeks P1 until I'm down to my goal weight! 60 pounds to lose, oh my! But I know if there's a plan that can help me get there, this is it!
