well, totally screwed myself last night. Got up around midnight and ate bunch of cake. I am not even angry at myself, I am just laughing at my stupid ass. The upside is that I am over loaded on sugar and won't crave it for few days. Pretty sick to my stomach too so I probably won't eat much today.

Yea, some foods I can't keep in the house. My red light foods I try to keep out or in prepackages. I love brownies soooo much, lol! Not the cakey kind, they have to be fudgy, lol! Just get back on plan and you will be fine.
