Kind of fun, much like reading a book on a rainy day.👍🌺 

Ever gone walking in the rain? It definitely looks crazy but sometimes it's exactly what I need when the weather is getting me down. I just bag electronics to protect em and wear workout clothes 😂 

When it rains in Alabama it comes down in sheets with heavy wind and 96% humidity and 72 dew point I had been out to the garden and chicken coop in that before it started raining but I am desperately behind on my steps and calories maybe it will quit and I can get them in this afternoon thanks for the suggestions 

I hope people’s journal have been helping you to find some motivation💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼 

The BIOS I have read are incredible they've worked so hard and did such an incredible job I am truly in awe the first 20 lb for me came off really easy but these last 20 lb I don't know what to say I'm less motivated they're harder to come off I've gotten lazy have I covered all the excuses it comes down to I have to work harder get the measuring cups out the scale instead of eyeballing and get some exercise in even if it's incredibly hot I won't get anywhere without it 

Say hi to the birds for me if you go adventuring! For the record, I also have a BRIGHT raincoat and I bet the yellow is awesome. Mines a neon peach 🌻

I noticed that your line is just like mine. It is no longer just gold. It is turning into a goldish green, which means we are getting closer to 1/2 way mark (if my interpretation is correct). You’ve got this!! I don’t know about you, but I am very excited to see my line turn green!

Well it is still monsoon and it is official as of the end of March we have had 50 inches of rain I wish I could send it to somebody in need and I pray that it stopped raining today
