Because ice cream is my only real treat, I've started making my own. Simple ingredients. Not entirely palatable to the uninitiated. Less sweet. But I can get used to it. And can get better at making it.

Chocolate. Dark! Almond vanilla previously. One pint maker so small batches. Getting smarter at formulation.
