starting over. It seems like the last month I have been going up and down. I am at 245 and have been going down. I am using the 40 fat, 100 carbs and and 1200 calories. I have been checking my portions. Found out to measure a starch I use 1/3 cup or an ice cream scoop. My protein is fish or chicken. I treat my self to a steak once a month. I have an exercise bike I just bought one that you can stand and peddle or move the feet up and it becomes a recumbant bike. I figured out for my size I should be walking 3 miles a day. Well I will see how this plan goes.
