Well day 3 and I am approaching my first goal...Well it is actually became a goal because I get real close and then gain again. 1 lb. will get me to 240 if my body will let me. Today spent the morning cleaning the kitchen after my sons girlfriend cook dinner last night. That took all morning .... Then I started on my cabbage burgers. These are something I learned from my grandmother... The inside is cabbage, onion, pork sausage and hamburger. Then I made a double batch of white bread and rolled out fist full and put some of the cabbage mixture inside and pulled it all up into a bun. I don't do these very often cause it takes a lot of work. I make about 20 and put some in the freezer. I had two for dinner and OMG talk about putting some LBS on your hips!

The history of these are they are a German dish the wives would make these for their husbands to take out in the fields. This was their lunch....
