Today is a big Cardio day and also I'm fasting for some pizza. I know I shouldn't eat pizza but that friday I hoping for not a major weight gain I'm already almost twenty pounds under my shipping weight. Also I was talking to someone and they were hating on MRE's (Meals Ready-To-Eat) They used to taste disgusting I should know I'm a Military brat those where like every dinner my dad made when my mom went to bible study. But now there great I had chili with beans and mexican corn with tortillas, a strawberry shake, coffee, cheese sauce, twizzlers, and gum. I know that's a lot but trust me it will fill you each MRE is about 1400 to 1600 calories if you eat everything I recommend you do. Also it comes with a heater and hot liquid bag for coffee. There are a ton of good flavors like pork rib, pulled pork, chicken potpie, buffalo chicken. But anyway I almost punched the guide I grew up on MRE's and I love getting the chance to eat them again now I will eat some more this saturday. But big Cardio day today going to run two miles in twenty mins. wish me luck.
