Good Morning All!!! Starting off with 2 eggs scrambled with chicken breast pieces and mozzarella to get a jump on my daily protein. Started back at the gym yesterday after being out for 5 weeks due to contracting shingles and not wanting to pass to anyone there. Did gain a few pounds though! Does anyone else use a different food tracker and use this site for support??? Which BTW is phenomenal! Thank you all for your support!
