Before I had my daughter I was healthy and on the right track of fitness. In 2017-2018 my pregnancy took a lot out of me. Especially towards the end. I ate right I did my walking I actually lost some weight…. Until the last month. I blew up and at 41 weeks I finally had my baby girl.
Mentally and emotionally I was drained. From doing everything to make sure I am the best mother , caring and giving her my all. Now at 3 years old, my family is (in my eye) happy and healthy. So now I feel it is my turn to get my life back. Thru all of the depression spells and ups and downs I feel like I have getting ASHLY back. I missed her. There were so many days I would look into the mirror and not recognize who I was but what kept me going was that beautiful angel I call my daughter and my supportive husband and family.
I have to do this for her and for myself! I want to be that strong role model for my family.
