It’s official, the last week has erased all my gains. Did my monthly body scan, and for the first time my % body fat went up! 🤬. Weight was exactly the same as last month too. Here is proof positive that family is bad for your health🤪.
Family leave town this morning. It will be sad to see them go. Monday morning I leave for a week long camping trip with the kids. Three days backpacking with son, then we end up at a base camp where my daughter will be. I am going to do another body scan then to see if there are any dramatic changes. If there are, I am thinking of going on another, much longer backpacking trip until I lose all the body fat I have a mind too. 🤨
