My eating this week has been crazy. I've had a couple of days over my RDI already. I've just been hungry this week. Luckily all the pie is gone, so no more of that to tempt me in the evenings, probably why I'm hungry, because of eating junk. And tonight is a baseball night, so I'll be out of the house, so no late night snacking.

I did my workout after work yesterday, I changed before I could even think about not doing it. I really enjoy my workouts, so I'm not sure where my lack of motivation is coming from this week. But today I don't know if I'm going to run or save that for Friday. I think if I run today I'll be slow because I'm still achy in my hips, but it's going to be a great running weather day. We'll see how I feel when I get home. If I don't go for a run I'll do a DVD.

I've got to take my daughter in for her 7th grade physical today. I can't believe she's going to be in 7th grade already. Poor kid has to get a shot, so she's dreading the appointment. I'm going to take her out for a quick lunch when we're done, I just don't know where yet. I'm going to do my best to make good choices whereever we go. At least most of the fast food places have side salads, so if I get one of those it shouldn't be too bad.

Seems as though most of us have been slipping some lately. I will be glad when I can say that about my ice cream (only a tiny bit left). I am happy your daughter is going into 7th grade, but I am sorry she has to get a shot. Take it easy on your hips today if you can help it. Have a wonderful day !!!!
