Well I did pretty well with the meal planning up until Thursday when the grandkids came over. It all kind of fell apart over the weekend, too. However, my weight maintained surprisingly well despite the slip-up. So I'm back to logging again. I managed to do some light housework over the weekend, but didn't do so much with exercising. My back was really bothering me, not much of an excuse but there you go.

I've just about finished my Internship, I've got one more Friday to work this week, but I'll continue to work a few hours on Saturdays until the end of August. THEN I'll finally get a 3-day weekend with Labor day, woo hoo! Then I think I'll be looking to start teaching some group exercise classes, so I need to start working on a fitness routine that I can use as a class. And pick out some good music as well. I don't think what I'm listening to right now is going to work, LOL! I'm thinking about recording said routine & posting as a YouTube video, if so I'll share the link with my FS pals & hope to get some feedback on the subject. I'll keep you posted!
