Hi guys, not been on for a while. Flipping wrist is still giving me jip. Diagnosed with a hairline fracture and torn ligament. Worn a splint for 10 days but still eek! Nice night out for my son's 40th last night, wee Finley is 3 months old now. I've signed up to a David Lloyd Centre now in an effort to get more physical. Appt with my back surgeon this afternoon.Spine is still fecked but he wont operate on me, yet! Happy days. Sorry Paul, no pics of the steaks last night. I was so disappointed. Reviews have been posted lol. Take care y'all xx

He’s really funny nothing wrong with a bit of blue especially when it’s done tastefully I’m sure you’ll have a fabulous time a good laugh always a winner. We’re all fine hope you and yours are too x he’s chosen a Volkswagen Polo in white had to order it so not arrived yet there’s quite a lead time not sure if that’s down to things picking up or its just the norm but I’m sure he’ll be happy when it arrives XX
