Survived backpacking trip. Did body scan and lost 3.5 lbs and almost half a percentage point in body fat. I am very pleased. Probably the biggest one week drop I’ve had. Have to be very strict with diet to continue to lose. Was in a big calorie deficit during the hiking, and don’t want to go to an excess. Glad to be home. Glad to have indoor plumbing.
