Dinner was so yummy. I cooked the thick cut pork chops on our pellet grill/smoker/cooker.
I havent had mashed potatorsnon weeks. They were so good!
I have been eating low carb, but read that its good to switch it up and eat carbs a few daya a week ?

I would switch it up less often, since it takes about 3 days to get back into ketosis.

Thanks guys.... All in all I've lost about 10 lbs. I had lost about 5 lbs before I started with this app and now imy almost down another 5lbs. I'm trying for more of a long term life change , not a quick fix. Some days are a struggle! I love my sweets and that's been the hardest part ..... Apples with peanut butter , small amounts of chocolate here and there. Greek yogurt or vanilla protein shakes helps as well. I have good days and I have bad days as we all do. I just keep telling myself to stay on track. If I have a hiccup , get over it and move one.
