I had some potato chips with lunch (just a handful) but I know that was wrong... options were however limited. I've been enjoying the nuts aspect of the Paleo diet but I know I need more fruit so I bought some frozen fruit which keeps it's nutritional value better than canned and lasts longer than fresh.
