Here's my daughter, son-in-law and Madeline, who was making her fresh air debut, just minutes old. And later, swaddled in her bassinette in the hospital nursery. My daughter looks darn good considering she'd just pushed out Madeline who weighs 8 lb 10 oz.

Ibuprofin has my knee back up to about 75% performance. Should be back on the bike sometime this week. Weighed and was pleased with the drop. My 150-lb goal is less than 7 lbs away. Madeline weighs more than that. I want to hit my goal this month. 600 sticks of butter!!.

Ran out of my go-to near 100% protein snack so I stocked up. If you want to boost your % protein near the end of the day, eat a can or two. As I've noted before, oysters are also a zinc bomb.
