Feelin' a little sluggish after taking a few days off of the gym. Long weekend due to running the lil' guy around for his rehearsals and recital the past few days led to very little opportunity to workout. Today is back to the routine and it feels good...but I feel like I've been out of it for a while, too. Weird.

I can relate. I was finally able to get out for a run today, first one this week! I found my stride quickly though!

I've been there too. It's crazy how quickly your body adjusts to not working out, and then how quickly you can get back to it. It's good that you got back to it today though.
