I've done it, I've finally reached my goal. really happy with my results. now to tone up. thank you everyone for your support. I'm going to stick to my new healthy lifestyle. absolutely buzzing.

Well done Mike, great achievement, now refocus, because maintaining can arguably be the harder journey mentally, working out how many calories you will now need to stop losing weight, and build lean muscle mass. Good luck 🤞🏻
