Not going to weigh myself until I get back in town and to the scale I have been using. Made it through last night and stuck to my plan about 98%. Had an extra beer, which I was afraid. I think I compensated for it though, chasing my son around the playground and walking about an hour to town and back. It was really hard though because my day started early and ended late and I scarfed down my 4 slices of pizza around 7pm. I feel really good even though it doesn't seem like I've been eating really healthy, my calorie breakdown is about 40/40/20 which, from what I have researched online is about where I should be, so I'm excited about that.

Today I've managed to fit in an 8 nuggets and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich from Chic Fil A as well as a one more slice of pizza for breakfast. I'm only allowing myself one of these things per week so I'll be getting back to healthier food tomorrow. I know I'll probably drink another 4 beers tonight but as long as I can stop at 4 I will be ok.

Sorry about the long post for those who actually might read this. But I am writing these entries so that when the weight is lost I can look back and see the work I put in and as motivation to never get fat again.
