I get you Hvezda! 🤪 I am forcing myself to rest today because it is supposed to be! However, an ab circuit can be considered active rest day, right? Rest day from weights. 🧐

If you fuelling yr body well , u can workout 🏋️♀️ every day it all depends how u plan yr workouts and listen to yr body!!! If u feel tired , just rest and providing u get enough rest at night , u good to go the next day 💪🏻👏. I workout 6-7 days a week, but if my body feels tired, I let my body rest 😌🙏🏻.

Yes I had weeks doing 7days. I normally keep my routines diverse and don’t stick with the same moves.. by doing this my body is always ready for the next day. As long as I give 24h to the muscles to recover, I am generally fine. Upper,lower,upper,lower,upper,lower, rest (or a light one).
You are right.. if you are eating well ,you just have to listen to your body. Working out will always be the easiest part to be honest.
