I haven't posted a food pic in a while. Ms. G, really enjoyed this one, though, so it felt shareable.

Its garlic, lime, honey marinated swordfish with sweet potato and a salad of fresh roasted poblanos, nopales, and corn dressed with more lime and garlic. The dozen grape tomatoes, most of which I ate during the prep, pushed the calorie total over my 400-cal threshold. Lighter breakfast and lunch kept me in triple digits for the day.
