Well some good and bad news. My recruiter has been promoted to the SNCOIC of the office I still don't know when this takes place. but. It is apparently soon. My squad will now be divided into the remaining squads. I am kind of upset I literally just became squad leader and now it's being taken away and it's not even my fault. I guess should be happy for my recruiter. Huh I guess this is what is going to happen hopefully something good comes out of it.

Look at the bright side. You got promoted in the first place which means that you have the stuff that leaders are made of, right? The fact that your recruiter got to be squad leader in your place sounds like a fluke. Next time it will be you and it will stay you. Keep doing what you're doing and don't allow this setback to effect your performance or behavior. Also, you've lost 10 pounds in less than a month. Ooh rah. Keep up the good work and make us all proud.
