Well I tried Noom, mixed feelings Abt it. Good info if u r all in and do the work, but it's alot of work. Psych based approach with tricks and tips to curb hunger and feel fuller via more greens and less dense calorie rich foods is fine, but not my cup o tea. I will finish the course and use some of the material but I think this app and the supportive group is more my style .
