The scale continues to inch in the wrong direction, I'm really going to re-think this "no dieting" body recomp plan. Probably doesn't help when I snack on pumpkin bread. We're heading into Fall, which means Pumpkin Spice Everything. I love the bread & muffins (& pie, of course), but I don't care for Pumpkin Spice lattes. Weird, I know. Stuff is great in tea, though.

Anyway, I've been doing pretty well on the macros, protein intake at least, but I haven't found a good calorie target yet. And clearly I'm doing something wrong, so yeah, gotta revisit the diet part. Doing really well on the exercise, yesterday I went with 12 lb dumbells & upped the reps on the deadlift, lat pulldown, seated row & curls. I really need to start writing this stuff down somewhere, maybe in that planner I bought that I haven't really used yet. Anyway, hope everyone out there is having a great day! Stay strong!
