Fat 85%, Protein 12%, carbs 3%- calories 1685. Usually the fat is 80%, but these seems to be the right macros that are helping me lose weight. Tomorrow is my fasting day. Its 640 calories of 101% fat. No protein, or carbs. Then its back to eating until Sunday when I fast again. I'm so excited... it was such a struggle trying to search for what would push me back into weight loss. The search took two months. I learned a lot, and my goal is to stay close to what is working without deviating from it.

i use a 60-70% fat, 20-30% protien and 0-10%carbs those are mainly leafy greens, works well for me

A couple of months (and almost a year already) of searching--and finding--the right combination/formula for getting this extra weight off, compared to the remainder of your lifetime at a healthier weight..... :-)

Fat fasts are excellent. Never tried but have seen many positive results with other ppl. Have dabbled in IF which works like a bomb. Combine the two and you are turbo boosting...!
