I don't know if anyone is reading this, but if so, do you have the issue of gaining weight from starving? I have some kind of issue where I have to be reminded to eat a lot, and when I do eat its hardly anything most of the time. I have to eat junky, high-calorie foods to hit my goal most of the time (heck, the other day I had to eat 9 cookies and a whole party pizza to get from 30% to 90%!). I gain, however, because once to twice a week, my boyfriend comes and takes me out to eat at places with very high calorie foods, and my body goes "Whoa, I'm saving this for later." Any clue how to help with this issue?

I am the same. I simply do not get hungry, so I forget. The best thing, if you have one, is set a timer to go off every two to three hours to remind you to eat something regular meals at 250-300 cals + snacks helps balance your blood sugars and keeps your body out of starvation mode. I've lost 27 lbs so far, just making this change. I follow the Adkins diet, which may not be for everyone, but it's working for me.

Really ?? That has got to be a bad feeling. I wish I could help, but I have to say that is out of my range of experience. I am sure that someone on here is going to be able to give you some great advice. Lisa had a good idea, plus maybe you can try drinking a protein shake or a boost drink, something like that to help give you everything you need. I wish you the best !!!! Have a great weekend
