Does everyone make up they menu’s or do u go by something else?

Fat secret sells a meal plan but I'm pretty sure everyone just makes there's up. I started by finding low cal recipes or substitutes for my favorite foods. Flatbread pizzas are my go to. Theyre lazy, delicious, and usually under 500 calories for a meal.

I usually make my own from watching others share their ideas. Sometimes i just put a twist on some old favorites.

I just joined a couple of weeks ago and I just do my own thing. Meal planning doesn’t work too well for me. There are too many foods I can’t have due to food allergies

I plan out a week and change when necessary. It's a must to keep me on the straight and narrow.

I buy 3 or 4 days worth of groceries at a time and usually have a loose idea of what it will be. typically I'll have a plan for the evening of the shopping and then improvise with the rest. I've been trying to mix it up but I like to use a lot of whole foods and raw vegetables

The premium version here has great menu plans if you need them but depending plans some restrict fat or carbs etc. Calorie counters will help you get an idea of how many calories you may need per day and just go from there. Logging can be tedious at first but calorie quantities become almost second nature after reading millions of food labels! Ha! Good Shedding!

I usually just buy a bunch of whole foods- proteins- meats, fish and eggs, vegs and a couple of carb options like black beans or (very occasionally) rice, red potatoes or lean carb tortillas. Then I mix and match it all. Tonight was brussels sprouts, red potatoes, and chicken and threw in garlic, chili powder, salt, pep, and lemon juice, along with olive oil. It's much easier for me to control and track macros than with most recipes. unfortunately. so most of my "menu" is tossed together stuff like this.

i make up as i go, but im hell bent on my cal, protein, fat, and carb max on each meal, and a total max of each for the day,
