I didn't record a dinner pic because it turned out to be pizza. I did not cook anything. It was good for a change buy it's so fattening. I had to limit myself on it to make sure I didn't go overboard. I try not to go overboard when there isn't anything tha9 not healthy. I hate it when people try to put me down however when they're the ones who serves me carbs on top of carbs no matter how many times I ask them to be health concious when it comes to me. But yet they through back at me saying: "I'm not the one who fed you that". Yet there was nothing else to eat for dinner. So what am I supposed to eat if that's what they already fixed. People try to put me down all the time, and I can't stand the negativity. It stresses me out and I got enough stress as it is. They keep telling me to buy clothes but I really rather not right now. I rather just lose the weight and get back into fitting into what I got instead of spending a fortune every week on that.

None of us are always in a place or a position to be in full control of the menus. What you do have control over is the amount that you eat. In your pizza situation, one piece, two at the most and stop. Then what would really be of some benefit is to try to walk for 20 minutes afterward. Again, not always possible , but you do what you can do. Just keep going

It helps to record everything, even the food we might regret. That way we can plan things out better next time. For example, I went way overboard with cake yesterday and still logged it all. Today, I planned ahead so I can have cake without going over my planned calories. That way I can turn a regret into a win!

Eat the pizza, skip the crust. Just say you don't like it. Stop at two pieces. Go in with a plan and execute that plan and then log it. Make sure you move before or after but not "tomorrow". That's all I got.

I've been able to work pizza into my calorie allowance for the day. Like Katsolo says, I stop at 2 pieces.

I know what you mean. I have 3 sizes in my closet. Enough is enough.

I load my pizza with a ton of veggies now. I went from a pepperoni pizza lover, to an eggplant parmesan topped, to a broccoli rabe, to onion & mushroom. There's nothing like Brooklyn pizza. Fresh plain cheese pie out of the oven. Hubs & I get our napkins, soak all the grease off. Eat a slice in the parking lot. 2nd slice at home, loaded with veggie. Indulge only once a month now. By winter, the goal is to make my own. Commercial, pizzeria pizzas are loaded with salt in the crust, sugar in the sauce. If I'm lazy, I'll buy the dough from the pizzeria.
