Ate less Calories than I planned, not always the best food, but I get them in too. Ready to see a new Endocrinologist in December. I think my autoimmune thyroid issues are impeding weight loss. That abs I’m mobility impaired. Oh for pool! I’d be banging fir real. I will literally swim, sleep, swim, sleep. I’m a water baby! It’s the best exercise for anyone. I love it! No, we don’t have a local, town, or community pool. I will have to see about contacting the right people and may help this happen!
