i am doing gym and exercise from 2018, the one main thing i learned is 'to be aware or have right knowledge', I can't understand those who always run for calories count always, why?, there's no need if you're educated. Education makes you fit, mentally and physically. DO NOT RUN AFTER CALORIE COUNT OR CALORIE CALCULATOR, EDUCATE YOURSELF FIRST THEN DIVE IN.

there are a number of other vitamins and minerals that present in lentils and other healthy stuff, don't focus on one thing, take it whole, that how your body need everything to work properly.
