i am doing gym and exercise from 2018, the one main thing i learned is 'to be aware or have right knowledge', I can't understand those who always run for calories count always, why?, there's no need if you're educated. Education makes you fit, mentally and physically. DO NOT RUN AFTER CALORIE COUNT OR CALORIE CALCULATOR, EDUCATE YOURSELF FIRST THEN DIVE IN. thanks 😊❤️
